ClimateTeach is an innovative educational project designed to increase climate change awareness and environmental sustainability knowledge among primary and lower secondary school students. Today, the climate crisis brings numerous threats such as rising temperatures, droughts, floods, and loss of biodiversity. The most effective way to reduce these impacts is to educate conscious individuals from an early age.

In this project, we harness the power of technology in education to help students experience and understand climate change in a more concrete and engaging way. Through Augmented Reality (AR), interactive activities, digital learning materials, and hands-on classroom applications, students both have fun and learn how a sustainable world can be achieved.

ClimateTeach not only provides knowledge but also aims to cultivate environmental consciousness, ecological sensitivity, and sustainable living behaviors in children. With comprehensive training materials prepared for teachers, students, and local communities, climate awareness is spread across all stakeholders.

All educational content, AR applications, guide documents, and classroom activities developed within the project will be published on an open-access digital platform. In this way, ClimateTeach aims to create a long-lasting impact beyond the duration of the project.
